Stamina: The new Bar! Everyone starts with 600 Stamina, Melee Attacks now take Stamina, even if you use a Normal Punch you will be taking Stamina! Kaioken depletes Stamina, if Stamina is depleted, it starts to deplete health. 25+ Stamina every 100,000 Power level, 20 Stamina is recovered each turn, increases to 25 when your Character is at 100,000, then to 30 when your character is at 200,000, so yeah.
Ki Blasts: New Basic Action! it deals the same damage as the Melee Attacks but takes Ki instead! Its self-explanatory.
Dodging: Dodging now takes Stamina, The Stamina gets a - from the Amount of Damage put into the Thing, Lets just say the Ki Attack has 100 Damage, it would take 30% less so it will take 70 Stamina to dodge it! And then lets say a Melee Attack has 100 Damage, it would take 60% less Stamina to dodge it! Why? Because Melee Attacks are easy dodged unless the Opponent is smart enough to Trick you. ( 40 Stamina Btw, this ones for Yang Hue hue ), Btw Ranged Ki attacks are 45% less, like 100 = 55.
Physical, Slashing and Energy Damage: Physical is just good old hits with nothing that much, Hammers, Fists, anything Blunt. Slashing is for anything sharp, like Swords and Bullets. Energy is easily Guessable, its Ki! Anything made with Ki deals energy damage.
Ki Attack Deflection: You can now Deflect Ranged Ki attacks, and obviously it takes Ki to deflect Ki Attacks. Now on to the Examples: Ranged Ki Attack does 100 Damage, it will take 75 Ki to Deflect it away. Ranged Ki Attack does 100 Damage, it will take 125 Ki to Deflect it back at the one who shot it.
Blocking: You can now Block Attacks, after blocking the attack you can actually counter attack, like punch someones balls...........Anyway on to the examples: Melee Attack does 100 Damage, It will take 50 Stamina to Block that, but you can counter them with a melee attack after blocking. Ranged Attack Does 100 Damage, it will take 50 Stamina to block that, but you can counter with a ranged attack of your own.
New Great Ape System: It still goes by the old book, but now every action that requires Stamina takes 50% more, Why? Because speed is removed.
Powerlevel Multiplier Updates: After you add your Damage and Health and Multiply it, you now Multiply the Amount you get with your base Multiplier, x1 is well....None....

Is it possible for you to make a complete summary of systems, I am still trying to grasp the effects power levels have on stats and strength.

Power Levels don't exactly do much for your attack power, it's up to you to either update your attacks or add in new ones. As for stats, the general rule is that for every 100,000 your Power Level increases, you gain +50 HP, +25 Ki, +25 Stamina, and +5 Stamina recovered every turn.
One thing I encourage you to do early is begin saving everything you feel is important as .txt files that you can pull up at any time. Even when I'm in a fight, I have the files for my Party's Stats, my Party's Attacks, and the Stamina explanation all opened.

Alright, but what about the damage dealt by basic punches and ki blasts?

15 is the Starter for them, but the good news is that they take 50% Less Stamina to execute, unlike Sword attacks and such.

So, 15 would be the damage for below 100,000 (where you all started from), then it increases by some variable for every 100,000 pl, right?

You have to learn Strong Combat from Yamcha, then it upgrades to level 2 on 500,000 Adding 25 Extra Damage instead of the usual 20, then It upgrades to level 3 at 1,000,000 ( 30 Extra instead of 25 ), Then just keep raising it by 500,000 PL and 5 Damage Points, thats how it works.

Alright, but why Yamcha of all people? Why not all masters?

Even the most useless characters need some spotlight.

Fair enough, but is that 15 damage set for the whole game if they don't get the skill?

Final two questions. "Professor" Lal'c Melk Mark mentioned something about adding and updating attacks, does this occur every 100,000 pl as well? Also, how many can I add/update at a time?

Only 2, It Occurs every 100,000 PL yes.

I, Nono, have transported my big sis's teaching across topics for your ease.
"Professor" Lal'c: "Before we begin, are there any questions?"
Nono: "When's recess?"
Yang: "How much punching is there gonna be?"
Ruby: "Why is professor in quotations?"
"Professor" Lal'c: "All good questions, now let's begin."
Simon: "(She didn't answer any of them...)"
"Professor" Lal'c: "I'm sure you all had significant breakthroughs in increasing your power by fighting." "Professor" Lal'c: "There's no doubt that a strong opponent will push your body past it's limit and into it's state of muscle recovery." "Professor" Lal'c: "However once you move past the fight, you'll be hard pressed to find stronger enemies to train against." "Professor" Lal'c: "This brings us to Basic Training. Where you deliberately train different parts of your body to stimulate growth."
Ruby: "(Um... What is she saying?)"
Yang: "(If you run out of strong things to punch, you can just train normally instead.)
"Professor" Lal'c: "Where regular fighting can raise your strength over a short course of time, basic training constantly trains you over a longer period." "Professor" Lal'c: "In the case of basic training, the formula can broken down as follows." "Professor" Lal'c: "5000 + (100 x every 100,000 PL) x Hour)" "Professor" Lal'c: "To put that in perspective, since my Power Level is 250,000, If I began basic training for the next hour I would increase by 5200."
Ruby: "(Uh...)"
Yang: "(You get stronger every hour, and you get stronger for being stronger.)"
Simon: "So... If I did basic training, I'd get an increase of 8400 every hour?"
"Professor" Lal'c: "Correct"
Yuuki: "That seems rather... Low, don't you think?"
"Professor" Lal'c: "Which brings me to my next point, Weighted Clothing."
"Professor" Lal'c: "The use of Weighted Clothing will actually increase the amount of Power Level you receive from your training." "Professor" Lal'c: "The experience modifier will apply to the combined total of your Power Level when you end your training."
Yang: "So I can just work some odd jobs and buy a ten billion ton tanktop and train to god levels."
"Professor" Lal'c: "That depends on how Weighted Clothing will work later on... *wink*
Ruby: "Who are you winking at?"
"Professor" Lal'c: "Are there any questions?"
Ruby: "Who were you winking at?"
"Professor" Lal'c: "Any at all?"
Nono: "Cha la, head cha la..."
"Professor" Lal'c: "Then that's it, unless there are any objections... *wink*"
Ruby: "No seriously, who are you winking at?"

The focus bar. Focus would start at 100 and increase by 10 every 100,000 PL. It would regenerate at 5 and gain 5 more every 100,000 PL. Focus would be taken away for every time a ranged weapon is used. If your lost for cost for your weapon, then this simple equation could be used: d/5=f d=base damage of weapon. NOT f*5=d.

Minecraftian Fusion: The two characters must say Fuse while thinking of each other, standing symmetrically and facing each other. Ups: The Powerlevel, Health, Ki and Stamina are mixed. Damage, Health, Ki and Stamina all are multiplied by x2. Powerlevel is multiplied by x10 You can combine the moves. The Fusion doesn't end until you both say Unfuse. Downs: 2 Minds, 2 Spirits, 2 Bodies and 2 Personalities mixed together could be annoying for some.

Here's the system for rest. Let's remember how it gave us time to reflect, as we scoured 60 pages to recover this lost knowledge. NEW SYSTEM: REST Regain 6% of what your current Health is, can't be used again for 1 turn, increases by 2 every 20 uses. Rest Update btw, it restores Stamina now too, if you regen 145 Stamina per Turn, resting will give you the same amount of Stamina so double, but remember, It does cost a turn.

True Potential/Mystic Form/Potential Unlocked:
After your Potential is Unlocked, here are the following stat Boosts you will get depending on your Current Powerlevel.
100,000: 100+ Health 75+ Ki 75+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 1.4
300,000: 150+ Health 100+ Ki 100+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 1.6
500,000: 200+ Health 125+ Ki 125+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 1.75
750,000: 250+ Health 150+ Ki 150+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 1.9
1,250,000: 400+ Health 225+ Ki 225+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 2.2
1,500,000: 500+ Health 250+ Ki 250+ Stamina. Damage Boosted by 2.3
Increase by 250,000 Powerlevel, 100 Health, 50 Ki and Stamina and 0.5 Damage Boost, Higher level better stats.
Now, this actually Boosts Transformation Ki/Stamina Cost by a double.

Skillset Change on Transformation: Just like Budokai Tenkaichi! You have the option of having some skills changed when you transform! So lets take my Character Zure. Zures Normal Moveset (No Master Skills): Attacks: x3 Crimson Rain: Its color is crimson red. Damage: 5-10 Number of Blasts: 10-20. Mega Buster: "MEGA BUSTER!!" An Energy wave he created, he shoots it like the Buster Cannon and its Green in color. Damage: 15 to 40 Spirit Annihilator: Zure charges up some Ki in his right hand and then hits the opponent on the chest. Damage: 45 to 85 x2 Ray Assault: Zure Shoots some rays from both of his hands like a a gun. Damage: 10-20. Maximum Rays: 2-12 Break Assault: "You have another thing coming at you" Zure charges at his opponent and then moves quickly creating an afterimage that attacks the opponent, then Zure launches the Opponent Into the Air and shoots an Energy Wave at them, doing 50 Damage. Trust me, there are more to this 1 attack. Explosive Wave: Zure makes a huge explosion that Damages all the enemies for a max of 45 damage, takes more Ki as it hits more enemies. Zures Azure Burst Moveset(No Master Skills): Attacks: Crimson Cut: Zure Uppercuts his Opponent in the face with a Red Aura around his Hand. Damage: 112 to 212 ( 45 to 85 ) Flame Breaker: He shoots an Energy wave that looks like Fire out of his Hands. Damage: 37 to 100 ( 15 to 40 ) Battle Spirit: Zure increases everyones Battle Spirit increasing their Damage by 1.25, Stacks with Transformations. Takes 75 Ki to use. Spirit Shield: Zure makes a shield around himself or his Allies, the shield normally can take 100 damage of Max, it stacks up to 200. Takes 80 Ki. Afterimage Assault: Zure moves quickly creating many After Images that disappear on attacking Zures Opponent, it also does 125 ( 50 ) Damage. Yep, it can be used as a counter too. Azure Explosion: Zure creates a Blue-ish explosive wave that does 112 ( 45 ) damage, also can be used to break free out of any Ki or Physical Trap that is holding him together. Btw, you can only do this skillset change on transformation thing when you reach SSJ3 Transformation level. Master Training: Now to get skills from a master, you need to beat them first to show how well you do, it makes it more Challenging as Master Skills are Stronger than your skills. Mega-Bosses: New Story Mode Battles will sometimes have a "Mega Boss" Which is technically a Boss with a ton of Health, like Hirudegarn, or a Great Ape. Battle Multiplier is x30 as they have a lot more health than any normal bosses. Dummy Maker: Now you can make Dummies! you have to go find some materials for making a dummy! here are a few Premade ones: Dirty Dummy: 1 HP (Not a Joke) Plastic Dummy: 100 HP Wood Dummy: 150 HP Rock Dummy: 200 HP Coal Dummy: 225 HP Iron Dummy: 300 HP Silver Dummy: 375 HP Gold Dummy: 250 HP but drops 50 Zenie every time you kill one, and also boosts the amount of Powerlevel gained by 2 ( Dummy Battles are now x5 as well so x7 from x5 ) Platinum Dummy: 425 HP Katchin Dummy: 100000 HP Damn its over 100000! Anyway, this one is really OP, so the gain is only x2, but do note, 100000 HP......Thats like a Big Skyrocket if you take your time destroying it, of course you can stop anytime you want, and lower Powerlevel = Super Boost, but also Katchin is Rare as heck! and Hard to Materialize, so you will have to wait 1 Real Life day for 1 to be even created! But its worth it! 100000 Health! A really great way to use this is....In the Gravity Chamber or the Time Chamber, oh great now everyone is going to go find Katchin............What have I done! xD well good thing its like 1 in a Million to get Katchin, so You get a Special Rank in the RPG if you manage to even find 1. Inventory: Now your character comes with their own inventory! Zenie: Zenie is Currency for the DBZ World as we already know, So lets take a look at a few Zenie items shall we? Bulma's Shop: Saiyan Battle Armor: 400 Z, reduces all damage taken by 10% Breaks if the Damage is over 125, or if it receives a total of 500 Damage. Android Parts: Android 21s Favorite Thing! Bulma can now sell android Limbs that look Human! No Boosts but you can become a Cyborg. Capsule House: Restores 50% Health, can only be used in the Time Chamber. Cost is 2500 Z. Weighted Training Clothing: You can set how much weight you want them to be, I would normally set them to 1 Ton each hehe. Increases Experience by 0.25 Each 0.5 Tons. So 2 Tons = x1 more EXP and 4 Tons = x2 more EXP, you get the Idea, but it does cost more Zenie the higher the weight, 0.5 weight is 1000, 1 ton is 1500, 1.5 ton is 2000 and you get the Idea too, if not then I am an idiot for not explaining it well BLAAAAAAAAAAA! Also you can make them look like your clothing, and also the more weight you have, the more speed you lose, so don't go on putting 1006 Tons each on yourself unless you are prepared. ( Wut? )
